Gluten Free Gluten Substitute is a quality product naturally wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, yeast, MSG, soy and GMO free. Gluten Free Gluten Substitute no added sugar, no dairy and no animal derivates. Gluten Free Gluten Substitute is a natural and free flowing powder, cream in colour and manufactured to comply with the special dietary needs of people with Coeliacs condition, Vegetarians, Vegan,Diabetics.

Cooking instructions: Simply add 1 part of Gluten substitute to 5 parts of any combination of gluten free flours (ie. Rice, flour, potato starch, maize starch or blends) to every 100 g (podíl 5:1). Note: Depending on recipe more gluten subsitute may produce better recipes, try increasing the ratio to 4 : 1 or 3 : 1 for bread rolls and fresh pasta. Gluten substitute is not required for Orgran gluten free bread mixes or flour premixes.

Composition: Rice flour, maize starch, pea flour, vegetable derived stabilisers and cellulose: Methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, emulsifier: Vegetable derived mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
