NO EGG – Dry Egg Substitute, 200g

The egg substitute works perfectly for the preparation of cookies, sauces, donuts, pancakes and other dishes. The packing substitutes 66 eggs. It can be whipped and it can be used in recepies where you should use the whipped egg whites. May also be added directly as a dry ingredient in most recipes.

One teaspoon of egg substitute and 2 tablespoons of water = one egg.

For whipped egg whites we use one full tea spoon of egg substitute and 2 soup spoon of water. Then we whip till the solid mass is created.

Composition: potato starch, tapioca flour, vegetable gum: methylcelulose, calcium cartonabe, citric acid
